Ernesto Casareto graduated with full marks from the Conservatory Giuseppe Verdi in Milan, specialising in traverse flute. He then graduated in Psychology (Marketing and Communication course) at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. He then passed the state exam and obtained the licence to work as a psychologist.
He had always been passionate about photography and video, so he mixed his technical skills with his psychologic knowledge to create graphic and communication concepts for the most important labels, such as Sony Classical International and Warner Music.
Meanwhile, from 2011 he has developed “Circuito Musica”, an innovative media project to revamp classical music in an efficient and dynamic way. He also works as a marketing advisor and works with several partner in the field of classical music and music in general (Società del Quartetto, MiTo, Universal Music, Teatro alla Scala, Disney Italia, Sony Classical, Piano City, Società dei Concerti, Uber, Milano Classica, Warner Classics, Endemol, Aviva, Accademia degli Astrusi, Sala Greppi, Milano Chamber Orchestra, Concerto Classics, etc.).
He regularly holds entrepreneurship and cultural marketing classes at the degree courses of Psychology and Economics and management of art, culture and entertainment at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.  He also held lessons of self-entrepreneurship at the Academy of Teatro alla Scala. He works with the Culture Department and the Entertainment Office of the Municipality of Milan for innovation in the field.
In 2018 he was nominated General Director of Orchestra Milano Classica. In 2019 he opened a new branch of the Circuito Musica society that is entirely dedicated to streaming video production. Since 2020 he has been the Head of Film-making at M2F Studios, where he works as Director of Photography and he coordinates the department of video production and streaming. Since 2020 he has also been teaching Video making and Photography Direction at Istituto Italiano di Fotografia.
